Frequently asked questions.

Nightfall is our flagship evening supplement: two vegan capsules combining magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine, Montmorency tart cherry and chamomile. It is designed to be the anchor of a consistent wind-down routine for people who train regularly.

Nightfall is built around ingredients traditionally used in evening routines. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea. Taken consistently alongside good sleep habits — a regular bedtime, a dark room, less late-evening screen time — it is designed to help you build a reliable evening ritual.

We don't claim it will cure sleep problems. If you have ongoing sleep difficulties, please speak with a healthcare professional.

Take two capsules with water 30–60 minutes before bed. Most people notice it fits best when used at the same time every evening. Pair it with the Mineral Recovery Soak on heavy training days.

Nightfall is designed for nightly use as part of a routine, and contains no melatonin. Always follow the label and speak with a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Nightfall contains no sedatives or hormones. Individual experiences vary; if you notice anything unexpected, stop use and consult a professional.
